 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SJR 30  (USE OF BUDGET RESERVE FUND) before          
 the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of           
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent SJR 30 be approved            
 for calendaring.  SENATOR DUNCAN objected.  The roll was taken with           
 the following result:  Senators Sharp, Perce and Miller voted "Yea"           
 and Senators Duncan and Salo voted "Nay."  The Chairman stated the            
 motion carried.
